These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of AIRSMET, an operational airspace monitoring and alert platform. AIRSMET is intended for authorized organizational users (for example, agencies, organizations, and approved internal users).
1. Use of Service
AIRSMET provides monitoring, event detection, and alerting tools related to monitored airspace zones. The service is not a consumer marketing product and is provided for operational situational awareness.
- Access is limited to authorized users and approved accounts.
- Use must comply with applicable laws, policies, and internal operational procedures.
- AIRSMET may modify, suspend, or update features as needed for security, maintenance, or platform reliability.
2. User Responsibilities
- Maintain account credential security and restrict access to authorized personnel only.
- Provide accurate contact information for alert routing (email/SMS).
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
- Use AIRSMET as one operational input and not as the sole basis for safety-critical decisions.
3. SMS / Notification Consent
By opting in to alerts, users expressly consent to receive operational notifications from AIRSMET by email and/or SMS. Notifications are event-driven (for example, drone zone-entry/zone-exit activity) and are not promotional marketing messages.
- Message frequency varies based on event activity in monitored zones.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
Users may opt out of SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP to an AIRSMET SMS message. For assistance, reply HELP.
- STOP: Ends SMS notifications for that number unless re-enrolled.
- HELP: Returns support/contact guidance.
5. Limitation of Liability
AIRSMET is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIRSMET disclaims warranties of uninterrupted availability, completeness, or absolute detection/alert accuracy.
AIRSMET and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions/actions taken based on platform outputs, delays, outages, or third-party service interruptions (including SMS/email carrier delivery issues).

7. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of AIRSMET after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
